About the Role We are seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Marula Day Spa, located in Monarto Safari Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage therapy, body treatments, and facials, ensuring our guests experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. The Assistant Spa Manager will work closely with the Spa Manager and Spa Receptionist to ensure smooth daily operations and leading the team to success. The role is a full time position where weekend work will be required. The Marula Day Spa is also recruiting Spa Therapists to join the team in a full time, part time or casual basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality massage therapy, body treatments, and facials tailored to guest needs. Deliver exceptional service in a tranquil and professional environment. Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities Leading by example and supporting the team in providing exceptional service. Skills & Experience: Diploma in Beauty Therapy certification (required). Minimum certificate in Massage Therapy qualification (desirable). A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
